Sales officer

Position: Sales Officer – Grind Magico

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage distributors and wholesale customers in the assigned territory.

Visit hotels, cafés, restaurants, offices and other HORECA customers to generate orders.

Promote Grind Magico coffee, coffee beans and matcha products.

Generate business through distributors and develop new market opportunities.

Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and HORECA clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.

Coordinate with distributors for order generation and market development.

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant sales experience preferred.

Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Coffee, HORECA or related industries will be an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to develop new distributors and customers.
